Women’s Spiritual Growth Group
This is a group for women who want to grow both personally and spiritually. We all have a spark of divinity within us. The purpose of this group is to support women to increase the connection with that light and express it in their daily lives. We’ll work towards creating physical, emotional and mental health as well as aligning ourselves with spiritual values and virtues. Each session includes exercises, group sharing and homework assignments.
The group is an opportunity to:
- Create a positive support group
- Increase awareness/ mindfulness
- Increase self-care and balance in your life
- Develop a better relationship with yourself and others
- Develop a rhythm of inspiration and “centering”
- Develop the virtues of the heart: i.e. courage, joy, gratitude, forgiveness

WHEN
September – December: 2 times/ month: Monday’s starting September 27, 2010
January – May: 2 times/ month: Monday’s starting January 24, 2011
Time: 5:30pm – 6:45pm
COST:, $175 for Sept. – Dec. 2010, $225 for Jan. – May 2011 (may use payment plan – $25/session or $50/month)
